Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we ship all over the world! See our shipping page for details. For our wholesale orders, delivery costs are always shared after we pack the boxes and you can make the payment thereafter. 

Why was my order cancelled?

While in most cases out of stock merchandise is reflected prior to the checkout process, there are situations when an out of stock item may not be evident until the order picking process. This may result in the cancellation of an item off of your order, or your order entirely. We will do our very best to notify you as soon as an issue with your order arises.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal.

If I pre-order, when will I receive my items?

This depends on when you place the pre-order. Generally, it takes about 3-4 weeks until the pre-ordered items are sent.

Can I return my item if I pre-order?

Yes, of course! Just as you would after placing a conventional order.

What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time? 

If your shipment does not reach you in 10 days, you could write to us at contact@bohomadrid.com and we would be happy to help. 

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?

We try our best to deliver the right product on time, but in rare cases if you receive the wrong product/different product, please visit the returns section or click here to raise a return request.

My payment was deducted from the bank account but the order wasn’t placed. What should I do?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account in 3-4 working days. In case it does not, kindly mail us the details of your transaction at contact@bohomadrid.com. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
