EXCHANGES

Within Spain:

You have 30 days starting from the day you place the order to submit a return and return your item to our showroom. Your returned order must arrive at our showroom no later than 30 days after you placed the order to qualify for an exchange. For this reason, we recommend that you send your return back to us within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives on time. Any full price item received after 30 days from delivery date, will only be eligible to receive a Boho Madrid Credit Note.

You will need to email us at contact@bohomadrid.com and tell us your order number, the item you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to replace it for. Garments must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. It is important that in the package you include the packing list we sent you. If the new item you wish to receive has a higher cost than the exchanged one, we will send you a link where you can make the payment. On the contrary, if the cost is lower, you will need to order for at least the same amount as the last order.

Once the package arrives at our showroom, we will check that the item is in perfect condition and we will send the new item to the address specified in the original order as quickly as possible. If there is the need to exchange the item a second time, there will be a cost incurred of 8 Euros. Items that have been purchased from a sale or from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

Exchanges are free of charge if you are in Spain (Spanish Peninsula) 

If you are outside of Spain (Peninsula):

Once the exchange has been confirmed, you can send back the items with a tracking number to our showroom in Madrid, Spain. The shipping address is:

Boho Madrid, Calle la Bañeza 32, Fuenlabrada, Madrid, Spain.

In this case, it is the customer who incurs the shipping costs. Do not send the package with normal post as if the package is sent to the post office we will not be able to collect it and it will be returned to you. Also, do not send the package with FedEx if you are outside the EU, as they add surcharges without prior notice. Garments must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. It is important that in the package you include the packing list we sent you. If the new item you wish to receive has a higher cost than the exchanged one, we will send you a link where you can make the payment. On the contrary, if the cost is lower, you will need to order for at least the same amount as the last order. Once the package arrives at our showroom, we will check that the item is in perfect condition and we will send the new item to the address specified in the original order as quickly as possible. If there is the need to exchange the item a second time, there will be a cost incurred of 15 Euros. Items that have been purchased from a sale or from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

If you are outside the European Union, please bear in mind that all import duties for the return will be borne by the customer.

RETURNS

You have 30 days starting from the day you placed the order to submit a return and return your item to our showroom. For this reason, we recommend that you send your return back to us within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives in time. You will need to email us at contact@bohomadrid.com and tell us your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Items that have been purchased from our SALE category are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

 If you are in Spain (Spanish Peninsula):

  • Option 1: We send you the shipping label so you can drop it off at a service point. The cost is €6, which we will be deducted from the total amount of the purchase when we make the refund.
  • Option 2: You courier the package to us using your preferred courier company to the address below:

If you are outside Spain (Spanish Peninsula):

The only option available is option 2. Do not send the package with normal post as if the package is sent to the post office we will not be able to collect it and it will be returned to you.

Garments must be returned unworn, with all original tags attached and in the same package in which it was delivered. It is important that in the package you include the packing list we sent you. Once the package arrives at our showroom, we will check that the item is in perfect conditions. If it is, you can choose whether you would like store credit with no expiry date or a refund. In the case of a refund, it will be processed in 2 to 3 business days from receiving your returned order. Please note that the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
