IMPORTANT:

FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS, KINDLY NOTE THAT WE DON'T HAVE DELIVERY CHARGES INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER AS PEOPLE ORDER IN VARIOUS QUANTITIES AND THE WEIGHT AND SIZE ALWAYS DIFFERS. 

WE PACK THE BOXES AND REVERT TO YOU REGARDING THE DELIVERY AND YOU CAN PAY USING THE PAYMENT LINK OR PAYPAL AND THEN WE DISPATCH THE ORDER.  

Boho Madrid’s orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. We offer Shipping all around the World for all orders with a minimum order value of 300 euros. 

For international orders outside the European Union also, we offer Shipping for all orders and all the items are shipped from our flagship store in Madrid, Spain.

SHIPPING TIMES

We ship with Seur, GLS, UPS, DHL and Correos. Delivery is usually within 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Nevertheless, it can also be delivered with premium shipping in 2-3 business days for a higher price, if requested. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Please count 1 to 3 business days to dispatch the order. Boho Madrid is not liable on any customs clearance costs or import duties outside the European Union (including the UK) and cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email containing all your order details. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1- 3 business and you will be notified that your shipment is on its way.

We will keep you updated with tracking information and you can also follow its journey by checking on the website of the courier company.
